Requirements

The following packages you should be able to install from your package manager:

  • git
  • Apache (or any other web server-software, e.g. nginx)
  • PHP (`>= 8.0.2`) with the following extensions installed and enabled:
    • Imagick
    • memcached (on Windows this will not work)
    • mbstring
    • gd
    • xml
    • zip
  • libapache2-mod-php (on Unix systems)
  • composer (https://getcomposer.org)
  • PostGIS (`>= 2.5`)
  • PostgreSQL (`>= 13`)
  • ImageMagick
  • ufraw
  • memcached (extension DLL not available for Windows at the moment)
  • unzip
  • php-pgsql
  • phpunit
  • nodejs
  • npm

Build

  1. Install dependencies (npm install & composer install)
  2. Setup Database System & Server
  3. Copy .env.example to .env and set values for database connection
  4. Build JS (npm run prod)
  5. Run migrations and example seeds (php artisan migrate & php artisan db:seed --class=DemoSeeder)
  6. Login with user admin and password admin
