Description
This poster presents the findings of the randomised controlled field trial entitled 'Digital Plurilingual Pedagogical Construction Grammar', which took place from April to November 2026 in sixteen Spanish classes in southern Germany. The study examined the effectiveness of comparing prepositions in motion verb constructions across different languages within an authentic instructional setting.
The project is funded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and the LEAD Graduate School and Research Network at the University of Tübingen. Additional support has been provided by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Fremdsprachenforschung (German Society for Foreign Language Research), the Leibniz Institute for Knowledge Media, and the Romance Department of the University of Tübingen.
This poster was presented at the 18th Meeting of Generative Approaches to Second Language Acquisition at the University of Cambridge on 16 April 2026.
