Description

This dataset contains a compilation of laboratory measured soil hydrologic and physical properties, estimated soil hydraulic property model parameters and uncertainties, as well as information on dataset splits as used in Weber et al. (2020) Pedotransfer function for the Brunswick soil hydraulic property model and comparison to the van Genuchten-Mualem model, Water Resources Research. The estimation of the best parameter set was done by using a Differential Evolution algorithm and the uncertainty quantification was done by applying a converged Markov-Chain Monte Carlo sampler. From these parameter sets, pedotransfer functions were established.
