Description

The data collection includes the raw data and analysis results generated in the context of the description of Inocybe woglindeana sp. nov. A phylogenetic analysis was made to show its closest known relatives based on ITS and LSU data. Mitochondrial mitSSU data was used to separate I. woglindeana from its sister taxon I. variispora.

The study was published open access as Bandini D, Vauras J, Weholt O, Oertel B, Eberhardt U 2020, Inocybe woglindeana, a new species of the genus Inocybe, thriving in exposed habitats with calcereous sandy soil. Karstenia 58(1): 41-59. https://www.funga.fi/Karstenia/Karstenia_58-1_2020-5.pdf.
