This dataset shows original FCS files derived from a Cytek Aurora system. 

Completeness

FCS dataset contains values for all expected parameters (events and measurement channels) and all required metadata keywords.

Conformity

Dataset displays FCS files that can be analyzed using all standrad analysis softwares for flow cytometry data. 

Consistency

This dataset contains unmixed FCS files. They are from different batches but treated identically.
